Cancellation & Refund Policies
SMILE Summit sincerely hopes that every registered participant will be able to attend the conference. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. The SMILE Summit Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
1) SMILE Summit Refund and Cancellation Policy:
1. Conference registration canceled before July 15, 2024, is
refundable but subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of
₹990.
2.Registrants canceling on or after July 15, 2024, will NOT
receive a refund
3.The non-refundable administrative fee will be deducted for
cancellations made before July 15, 2024.
4.Registrants have the option to transfer their registration to
another individual. In such cases, the invoice for the new
registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's
confirmation status at a fee of ₹990.
Refund Process:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 45
business days after receiving the cancellation request
Unforeseen Circumstances and Rescheduling Policies:
Unforeseen circumstances refer to unexpected events that hinder SMILE Summit from continuing with a
conference, training, or webinar as originally planned. Examples include but are not limited to inclement
weather, natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence. In such
cases, no refunds will be issued. Instead, SMILE Summit will identify an alternative day, venue, or both,
and reschedule the event accordingly.
